If you choose this method, you establish a four-digit PIN for security purposes. We provide a phone number, keypad instructions, and PIN for accessing our system. For dial-in dictation, you simply call our 1-800 number, enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and dictate. Press two to record, three to rewind--that kind of stuff.
Using a touch-tone telephone, you can dictate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the country. You then talk, and hang up. The voice audio is captured by our state of the art Digital Dictation System. Additionally you have access to all of the features available from any hospital dictation system, including FF, Rewind, Pause, and more.
